I have worked for web agencies in the past as a web developer, and as a designer. I now work in the retail industry as a web developer and designer, and there is one thing that is the same in both places… The customers… Nothing is ever good enough, everything costs more than they were looking to spend, and even when you photocopy the image of the site that is in their brain, it still isnt right.
Why cant people actually tell you what they want? why cant people actually be happy when they get what they want? why is everything such a backward and forward struggle to actually get anywhere or even get anything done.
