RIAA and MPAA

If there is anyone that pisses me off more so than record company’s, or movie producing company’s, its RIAA and MPAA.
I don’t hate them in the standard way everyone else hates them, because they are trying to stop you from illegally downloading music and movies. I hate them because of how they go about this. Instead of collectively going after everyone who illegally downloads, they go after people who have downloaded 2 or 3 albums, or 5 or 6 tracks, or even downloaded a single movie. They go after these people, because they are 13 year old girls, single mothers, and students. People they know cannot afford to defend themselves. They wont go after the multi-hundred album downloaders, the multi-hundred movie downloaders, the people who make a lot of money from selling all these DVD’s, VCD’s, and Music CD’s. They wont go after the rich kids who are downloading all day. They only go after the people who cannot defend themselves, because they know, as soon as they come up against someone who can defend themselves, they will loose the case, and it will set a precedent. Once a precedent is set, one big class action suit will come back and bite them on the ass, which would spell their end.
So you see, this is why I hate RIAA and MPAA.

Chavs, we all know them, perhaps under different names, such as hoodies, scallies, townies, wiggers, there are many, many more. They are the ones that are sat on the back of a bus with their mobile phones blaring out horrible quality, horrible music. They are the ones sat in parks at night drinking kestrel extra strength, or cider, or a £2.50 bottle of wine. They are the ones stood outside of shops asking you to go buy them £4 of cheapo alcohol that taste like someone already drank it and pissed it back in to the bottle. they are the people who walk up to YOU, and stair at YOU, and then claim its you starring at THEM and trying to cause trouble with THEM, and then they have the cheek to try and fight with you. The thing is, they never try this on their own, because of their lack of spine and penis, they always have to start off when there are at least 3:1 odds. they are the ones who wear those stupid Burberry baseball caps, ?5 Argos jewelry that is supposed to look like big ?700 jewelry. The girls are usually the ones who wear skirts that look like belts at 14 and think they look nice. the girls are usually the ones who spent every hour of every day on a sun bed, or applying makeup. The girls are usually the ones who are 14 and pregnant with their 19 year old, weed smoking, heroine injecting, drunken, no tooth, cheating ?boyfriend?.
Just to help you spot a real live chav, its not hard in most places, try to avoid, or kill, them. its your choice.
Lawyers

There are lawyers, solicitors, barristers, I hate them all, and rightly so, for a few reasons.
They make money, defending someone who everyone knows is guilty, they try to keep guilty people out of jail. Or, something that is worse, they put someone who didn’t do anything at all, in jail. Do you have no self respect, or any respect for humans at all? Why do you try to put innocent men in jail, and keep CLEARLY guilty men on the streets. Why must you live off the pain of others? A sign outside of a layers office I saw a few days ago said:
Thinking of separating?
Or even a divorce?
Don’t delay.
Call in today.
WHAT THE HELL? Your actually encouraging people to get divorced? This is genuinely on a sign where I live.
Another thing I hate about them is those accident and injury lawyers, they should have adverts more to what they mean:
Have you been injured?
Are you planning on becoming injured?
sabes hablar espanol?
If so, give us a call today.
I don’t know how you get away with what you do, your all conning, lying, law bending/breaking, cover up, kick back/bribe giving ass holes

Capital Punishment

After reading about the Saddam Hussein news post on BBC, I got to thinking. I don’t get capital punishment at all, ether being sentenced to it, or, just killing someone on the street “to teach them a lesson”.
the point of arresting someone and putting them on trial and sentencing them, is to punish them, but, if your dead, how can you experience the punishment? your already dead, you escaped the punishment.
its the same thing with these “gangsters”, “teaching” someone a lesson for some reason or another, by killing them. for them to have learned a lesson, they would have to be alive to experience it.
People like Saddam Hussein, deserve to be locked in a 6ft by 6ft box, under ground, and given just enough food and water to barely stay alive, and need to be kept that way for a long time. THAT is a punishment.
and with these “gangsters”, get a fucking life, really. just who do you think your trying to be, you are eventually:
going to get shot
going to jail
going to get someone close to you, shot or sent to jail
just be a normal person and don’t try and act like someone your not.

Ok, when you are trying to be individual, why join a trend of people doing the same thing, your now not individual, but one of the trend. The latest trend around is “Emo”.
You all dress in a very dark, very dull way, and have absolutely no idea how stupid your hair looks in that insane way you put it, you think its cool to cut your self, and cry, your all idiots. Please, if you want to be original, you more than likely wont be, so just accept that there is a world of over 6 billion people out there and that some of them from time to time, may be like you, and you may be like them, because seriously, is this how you want to be remembered?

While on the bus to work today, I found that I had to sit next to somebody because there were no empty seats.
And apparently he has known me for years, and didn’t mind talking and talking and talking crap for the whole journey, even though I had never seen him before in my life.
I have had this happen to me a few times, and I have seen it happen to other people a few times, but the thing is, it doesn’t seem to be the crazy old people doing it, its quite ordinary, sane looking people.
Why do you people seem to think I want to talk to you at 8 in the morning, especially when I’m on a bus. but even more especially when its raining. Its dull, and damp and I feel like shit because I’m up so early, I don’t have the strength to handle you talking to me.

The third and final (final for now) part of “On the bus”.
The thing that pisses me off most about being on a bus, is the kid who just wont shut the hell up. Screaming and screaming about absolutely nothing at all, and their parents, or whoever they are with just refuses to try and control them. You sit there and try to tune it out, but you just cant, because its just constant, constant noise. and you can see its not just yourself who is getting pissed off, everyone is pissed off, and when you look over to whoever the are with, their just sat there like nothing is going on. Why do people allow these kids out in public, if they aren’t going to behave, or at least not make so much noise that it makes me want to kill them, do not let them out of the house, until they have calmed down. Please do something about this people, the parents need to be told that we don’t want to listen to these kids screaming, and the kids need to be made to be good, or stay in doors.

As promised, here is the next part of “On the bus”.
When your on the bus, and its nice and quiet, there is the the odd person talking, but that’s ok. Then, some 12 – 15 year old Chav’s get on, sit on the back seats, then start to play some horrible house or dance music on their phone, and not through some headphones, they play it through the phones loud speaker. Why do they think that just because they want to listen to their music, everyone else wants to listen to it too? If the music was any good, I wouldn’t mind, but its not, its a mono beat, rip off tune with some jailbait trash screeching over the top of it, THEN, its coming out through the speaker on a mobile phone, so it sounds even worse.. Why do they even bother?

On the bus. Part 1 (Old People).

There are a few things I hate about being on a bus, so I decided to split this up into a few parts. Today, old people:
There are certain things old people do when your on the bus, they always seem to be able to find something to moan about, something these days, isn’t as good as it used to be. They moan about how kids act these days. They moan about how much things cost these days. They moan about new technology. The thing is, I’m not stopping them from saying what they want to say, I just don’t want them to say it, at the top of their voice, to their friend, who is sat RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. Please, some of us don’t like people being loud so early in a morning.
The other thing about old people is, the old man who smells like he has wet himself, let it dry, then done it again, always has to go sit next to the young girl, but even worse, the old woman who smells like she has done the same thing, always has to sit right next to, ME. Again, its not that I mind someone sitting next to me, its just that they had to walk past several empty seats to come sit next to me. Please, just sit in one of the empty seats instead of making me feel sick by breathing in your urine smell.

Reasons I wouldn’t switch from using Windows.

I have been looking into several possible operating systems to switch to, from windows, since, well, its the done thing now isn’t it? (no, I’m not an emo sheep, I’m just getting annoyed with certain things). But the reasons I have decided to not switch from windows, to any of the other operating systems are:
Visual Studio (all BSD/Linux IDE’s and compilers are terrible)
Explorer (Windows GUI, not IE)
Games (F.E.A.R., World of Warcraft, Counter Strike: Source, Black and White 2)
MSN Messenger
uTorrent (I know BitTorrent clients exist on BSD and Linux, but none like uTorrent)
Microsoft Office (KOffice and OpenOffice.org suck major ass)
Winamp
I know some of those may not seem like much on their own, together, they make up for a big reason for me to stay where I am.
